Repatriation Services

If you have an accident that results in the loss of life, while you are working in the USA, Paisano@ssist will pay for your remains to be taken back to your family in Mexico, including:

  • Up to $20,000 for repatriation expenses.
  • Covers death resulting from accident or sickness
  • Remains/casket transport to your home in Mexico.

Telemedicine

If you or a member of your family have a non-emergency medical condition and need assistance, you can use the Paisano@ssist mobile phone app to get the answers you need, based on your symptoms. You can:

  • Have a live video appointment with a physician.
  • Get prescriptions written for a refill.
  • Use this service as many times as you need.

Home Visit with Doctor

If you or a member of your family have a non-emergency medical condition and need a doctor, one can be sent to your family's home in Mexico. Services include:

  • Medicine applied/administered at the time of visit.
  • Written or digital prescriptions refill.
  • Covers two incidents up to $50 each.
  • Discounted price after two uses.

Home Aid

If you are in an accident or pass away while working in the USA, your family members will receive help with certain needs for your home, including:

  • Locksmith, plumbing, electrical, glass services.
  • Covers one incident up to $50.

Emergency Ambulance Services

If you need emergency transportation, Paisano@ssist will cover an ambulance to your hospital of choice.

  • Land ambulance service for accidents and medical emergencies to the hospital you choose.
  • Covers two incidents for free.
  • Discounted price after two uses.

Educational Services

Educational assistance is available to your dependents from qualified, experienced teachers:

  • For children/dependents age 18 or younger in grades 1-12.
  • Covers 30 minutes/day.
  • One session/day.
  • Spanish speaking only.
